Anarchism!

My beliefs are along the line of "This is what we should work towards" and not necessarily "We should revolutionize and make this happen immediately". A lot of these depend on the culture that they're a part of, and culture takes a long time to adapt and evolve.

Statelessness
"Anarchism" literally means "without state", and the "state" here being "the ruling body" (or the government, you could call it lol). This doesn't mean to eradicate any and all kinds of leadership, but to eradicate any and all kinds of cohersive leadership. Right now the government asserts its authority via the police, i.e. if you don't follow their rules, the police throw you in jail (or other kinds of punishment). Humankind has existed for hundreds of years without a centralized ruling body. We don't need one.

Worker-Owned
Related to the above. The corporate structure is a microcosm of a government. The big difference between the two is that punishment tends to be expulsion rather than retention (or execution), and therefore it's a lot easier to move between corporations. But not being a part of a corporation (i.e. a lack of income) generally means starvation and homelessness, so people are heavily incentivized to join a corporation for their own survival. People should not be dependant on employment to be able to survive, and if that dependency is broken then people are allowed to join together with other like-minded people to pursue group projects that would replace any large works that corporations currently do today.
