Peanut Butter Granola!

Instructions
- Mix together in a bowl:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 8 dates, diced
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet, breaking up large chunks if necessary.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Notes
I like to eat it as cereal, frequently with these add-ons:
- Banana slices
- Crushed apple chips (I get crates of apple chips from Costco lol)
